* Voice: You can issue simple commands (word or phrase) to a target. They are mildly “hypnotized” by the sound of your voice and are compelled to follow your command. You must have your target’s attention and they must be able to hear and understand your command in order for this birthright to work.
** Hedge of Thorns: This protective birthright causes a small hedge of thorned briar to rise up out of the ground directly in front of you, six feet high, six feet wide, and four feet deep. The briar patch only affects those who try to pass through it, causing stinging wounds and lethal damage.
***Reveal Sleeper: This level allows you to protect yourself and others from lurkers or spies. When you believe yourself to be watched or followed, your voice calls out into the darkness and any spying on you or your group is compelled to move forward into view, drawn by the hypnotic quality of your voice.
**** Nature’s Blessing: By activating this birthright, you can awaken the trees, brambles and bushes within a ten foot radius. All the living matter turns toward you and can agree to do your bidding. This can include creating living armor for you or another, spying, sending messages or other tasks. They stay awake for the duration of a scene or one hour.
***** Mortal Wound: By casting this birthright over a weapon of your choice, it begins to glow red and for its next strike will deal mortal damage to the fae. The wound must be healed normally, as if the character was human. Used on one who is already mortal will cause the wound to be unstaunchable. The only way a mortal can survive the blow is to remove the limb higher up with a non-magical weapon.
